Brussels, Boras, 14 November 2023. The Research Institutes of Sweden (RISE) has formally joined Eurovent as an Associate Member. Its membership was approved during the Board of Directors meeting that took place on 19 September 2023.
RISE is a Swedish state-owned research institute that offers expertise and around 100 test and demonstration environments for future-proof technologies, products and services. RISE’s activities include testing, calibrations and chemical analyses, research and development, control, assessments and normalisation and it functions as national metrology institute. RISE is on a national, European and international level known for performing tests for different certification and quality label schemes and it also certifies products.
Ms Monica Axell, Head of Research and Business Development at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden, stated: “We look forward to joining Eurovent and to be given an opportunity to work for greener and smarter buildings with the industry. Our research and close collaboration with the industry combined with our test facilities strengthen the HVAC industry competitiveness and sustainable development in Europe.”
